CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE ORDER AFTER PAYING?
Due to our commitment to fast delivery, once an order is processed, we cannot cancel it. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming payment.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you receive a faulty item, or if the product is not as described, you can return it within seven (7) days for a refund or replacement, provided you have proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns based on personal preference regarding color or style. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Discounted items are non-returnable.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Refunds will be issued as store credit through WorldBuyPro. Cash refunds are only available for defective items, and the refund amount will exclude shipping costs.
WHAT ARE THE STEPS FOR RETURNING ITEMS?
To return a product, please contact us at info@worldbuypro.com with the following details:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number)
- Description of the items you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will provide you with an approval ticket that you need to print and include with your return.
