Return Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS; WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy lasts for 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are exempt from being exchanged, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Exchanges
In some cases, only partial exchanges are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please first email us at info@worldbuypro.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the gift giver will receive a refund, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please first email us at info@worldbuypro.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over HK$250.00, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All domestic shipments will be covered with insurance. For international shipping, insurance is not included.
